**Salary:** £35,000 basic with a commission structure; OTE £100,000

**Job Purpose:**
As a Mortgage Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by assessing their financial situations, understanding their needs, and securing the best mortgage deals that suit their circumstances. Your expertise will help open the door to homeownership for many, including those with less-than-perfect credit histories or unique financial situations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough and detailed financial analyses to assess client suitability for various mortgage products.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding the mortgage process, including possible hurdles and the best ways to overcome them.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, including regulatory changes, market trends, and available lending options.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and clients to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and standards at all times.
- Manage client expectations and communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or specialist, with a strong track record in sales and client service.
- CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining professional integrity and adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
