Finance Reporting Manager

A brilliant newly-created opportunity for a Finance Reporting Manager for an established, fast-growing media business based in Manchester.

This role offers hybrid working arrangements, horizontal and vertical routes for progression and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Balance Sheet Governance & Control and collating UK consolidated management and statutory financial statements.
• Act as main point of contact with Group FP&A for Group Consolidation.
• Act as main accounting point of contact for statutory reporting, tax and treasury teams.
• Manager month-end reporting process including submitting forms and templates to Group FP&A for Group Consolidation.
• Adherence to Group Accounting policy, UK GAAP and other standards as required.
• Maintain effective relationship & service management with internal customers.
• Working alongside the business, group/commercial finance, and IT to standardise and automate processes to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ICAEW or CIMA or ACCA)
• Relevant post qualification experience in a similar or related role
• Experience in technical financial reporting requirements for a complex multi business organisation
