To make that happen, we’re hiring. We’re always looking for Recruitment Consultants. If you have a couple years of experience and are looking for a fresh challenge, we could be the right new place for you.
We’re part of RGF Staffing UK (who is owned by the 4th biggest Staffing firm in the world), so our innovation plans have strong backing.

More about your day to day:
No two days will be the same.
You will:
Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Build your client base by fostering relationships from the ground up or collaborating with existing clients.
Work creatively to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
Become a subject matter expert for our clients in Finance recruiting for roles from Finance Assistants to Chief Financial Officers
Keep clients informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.
Hybrid is here to stay
We’ve found that hybrid working best suits our colleagues. From Monday to Wednesday, you’ll find us in our Sale (Greater Manchester) office, and on Thursday and Friday, we work from home.
However, our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
