Job Description
Arcus Search are proud to support a boutique Specialty Insurer, on searching for an adaptable and communicative Project Manager with a Finance-oriented background to drive a large-scale transformation and digitalisation programme.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to take a central role in delivering finance-related projects, as well as Actuarial and Reserving projects as part of a Global Change programme. You will be liaising with various stakeholders and teams to reach mutually beneficial goals. This is a critical role in managing end-to-end finance transformation programmes, successfully acting as the bridge between the business and the technology functions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical & non-technical stakeholders
Produce reports on portfolio-level budgets & backlogs, ensuring financial goals are outlined
Provide financial analysis, utilise data in order and inform on strategic decisions, as well as thorough communication with finance-related teams and beyond
Develop project plans, workstreams and critical paths for successful project delivery
Understand project scope, schedule, & deliverables
Requirements:
Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or other Finance and Accounting oriented certifications
Extensive Project Management in Lloyd's/London Market Insurance or general insurance
Actuarial/ Reserving project experience
Experience in delivering complex finance & regulatory related projects
Degree in Finance and Accounting highly desirable
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills in all levels of seniority
