The team act for clients across a widerange of financial markets, including cross border situations. TheLeveraged Finance team have significant experience advising borrowers,lenders, issuers, equity investors, sponsors in all capital structurelayers such as senior lending, mezzanine finance, high yield,securitisation, and structured finance.The IdealCandidateOur client is keen to see CV's fromexperienced Finance Paralegal's from other leading US or leading UKcity law firms.
