Finance Operations Manager Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum | Location: London Finance Operations Manager To support this London market insurers growth, a new senior role has been created within their group finance function to be a key person in the development of their finance operations function. They are looking for a highly motivated and skills Finance Operations Manager to be responsible for:Oversight and management of a key finance teams including credit control, banking, accounts payable and expense managementDevelopment of operational efficiencies across processes, systems, procedures and controlsLead, mentor and develop the team across the functionsWorking closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the businessA variety of finance transformation and streamlining projects This wide ranging role would suit individuals with a strong background in leadership and development of teams. As a qualified accountant you would have likely gained this experience within the insurance market. You will be a confident leader with strong and engaging communication style able to mentor teams while developing and delivering new processes and improvements.
