TransferRoom is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join us in the team in London on a permanent basis reporting directly to the Financial Controller. The individual will be responsible for the day to day financial operations of the business and assist in ensuring the business is set up for further complexities as the business scales and grows internationally.What you will be doing:Processing of new deals from the CRM to the Subscription management system.Preparation of Renewal and upgrade customer contracts (within guidelines).Assistance in day to day CRM management.Constantly looking for ways to improve the flow of information between CRM and Subscription management systems.Accounts receivable management to ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner and systems are correctly up to date.Credit control and chasing outstanding debtors.Commissions schedule day to day management.Revenue and deferred revenue reconciliation between CRM, Subscription management system and accounting system.Assist in VAT returns globally.Who are you:Tech & SAAS experience 2+ years, ideally in a similar position within a scaling organisation.Hubspot experience (Not critical - but nice to have).Netsuite / Sage Intacct experience (Not critical - but nice to have).Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.Excels at organisation and project management to prioritise work.Has demonstrated experience implementing new processes and tools.What’s in it for you:Work in a fast scaling category creating company with smart teammates who love what they do; we have an 85% Employee Satisfaction Score and a Likelihood to Recommend of 8.5.We are a unique combination of a scale up with security; a business that is growing at incredible pace yet profitable.Benefits include:Employee assistance programme.Life insurance.Extended Maternity and Paternity leave.A generous employee Referral Bonus scheme.Team building days and events.Cycle-to-work scheme and an annual travel season ticket loan.‘Matched Giving’ programme where we donate when our employees donate.
