Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Manage and oversee regional financial operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Coordinate budget planning and management
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial advice to regional teams
  • Facilitate financial training for non-finance staff
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance department
  • Participate in financial audits

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Not for Profit and Charities background
  • Ability to commute to Manchester
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Understanding of financial concepts and principles
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
