Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage and oversee regional financial operations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Coordinate budget planning and management
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial advice to regional teams
- Facilitate financial training for non-finance staff
- Work closely with the accounting and finance department
- Participate in financial audits
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background
- Ability to commute to Manchester
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
