As Finance Officer for Pareto, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Pareto across the UK and USA. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate monthly profit and loss accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.Core Responsibilities:Produce monthly profit and loss accounts for the UK and USA division, including issuing sales invoices and managing a small number of purchase ledger transactions.Handle payroll journals, tax filings, reconciliations, accruals, pre-payments, and balancing inter-company transactions.Issue inter-company recharges, primarily with Randstad USA and the UK division.Recognise sales revenue monthly and post journals to defer revenue as necessary.Generate reports detailing sales by state and analyse tax implications.Collaborate with Randstad USA for support and build strong relationships.Manage financial transactions in dollars, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Calculate monthly sales commissions for both UK and USA divisions.Utilise Google Sheets for sales dashboard reporting, with plans to integrate Salesforce within the next 12 months.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in a similar roleProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.If you feel that you have the experience and passion that we are looking for, reach out to
