Our client, an exciting and profitable company, provides a Cloud-based POS system to small and mid-sized retailers. With a focus on the outdoor sector, they have revolutionised the way UK cycle retail works and helped small businesses compete and surpass larger competitors. Now, they are expanding internationally, with a solid customer base in Ireland and plans to grow into mainland Europe and the USA.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Raising and sending sales ledger invoices.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations.
  • Performing credit card reconciliations.
  • Processing expenses and invoices.
  • Effectively managing credit control and debt collection.
  • Assisting with general accounts administration.
  • Participating in contract negotiations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualification in Maths and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Flexible, professional, and able to work well in a team.
  • Strong work ethic.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SAGE (not essential).
