This opportunity presents an ideal environment for individuals seeking to join a dynamic team poised for growth and collaboration.In this Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) role, you will:Efficiently process 150-200 invoices weekly across six entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records and strengthen supplier relationships.Perform data entry tasks for petty cash and credit card transactions, ensuring precise recording of financial activities.Manage cash management entries to optimize financial resources and support strategic decision-making.Provide backup support for bank reconciliation in the absence of the senior Finance Officer, ensuring continuity of financial operations.Collaborate with the team to address a high volume of supplier queries, sharing responsibilities for overseeing accounts payable inboxes on a rotational basis.This opportunity will offer the successful candidate a hybrid working pattern, allowing you work from home three days a week.
