As their new Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. Your role will be pivotal in guiding financial decisions, maintaining accurate records, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
The role of
Finance Manager
will be responsible for the following areas:
Oversee the cost control system and prepare costing accounting variance reports for the Senior Management team
Provide financial support and analysis to the business on manufacturing issues
Help identify and drive cost reduction opportunities and work with the operations team to achieve these
Work collaboratively across the finance team to complete the monthly accounting reports and complete financial and operational analysis
Assist global shared service team on accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed

role:
Strong understanding and proficiency in US GAAP, international accounting standards and internal control
Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial operations reports
Excellent communication, presentation skills and professional presence
Ability to work in a high growth and entrepreneurial environment
Knowledge of Operational and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
Ability to travel internationally as required
