Description

Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance department.
Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes.
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Produce accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Optimise financial operations for the Liverpool and London office and global operations.Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Studying towards a professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA
Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the transport and distribution industry.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
