A service organisation based in Tewkesbury is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team for approximately 25 hours per week.
This is a newly created role working for a growing owner-managed business and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a reduced hours role.
Duties will include:
* Month end analysis and reporting
* Managing a small finance team
* Implementing process improvements within the team
* Assist the MD with strategic decisions based on financial performance
* Budget and cashflow analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations
The successful candidate will have held a similar senior level role previously. Sage experience preferable, strong analytical skills essential
