The Finance Manager will play a crucial role overseeing our financial operations and leading the finance team to facilitate the organisations mission. Operating on a virtual platform, they have a significant influence in their sector and are recognised for their commitment to making a real impact in the community.DescriptionManage the company's overall financial health, which includes budgeting, financial reporting, and audit facilitation.Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and provide them to top stakeholders.Compile monthly data on pupil numbers, staffing levels, and other corporate KPIs to help with decision-making and strategic planning.Create financial predictions to aid business planning by recognising future difficulties and opportunities.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the organisation, recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Analyse and report on acquisition costs, with a focus on financial sustainability initiatives.Create schedules for external accounts to complete year-end financial statements, coordinating with them to ensure correctness and compliance.ProfileA successful Finance Manager should have:Qualification required - ACA, ACCA or CIMA.Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance team.Strong financial and accounting skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.A passion for non-profit work and making a difference in the community.Job OfferA competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.An Employee Assistance Programme to support staff wellbeing.Fully remote working.Regular pay reviews based on performance and milestones.Encouraging qualified candidates who are passionate about making a difference and possess the necessary skills to apply for this rewarding Finance Manager.
