Job DescriptionGroup Finance ManagerTransport/Leisure£55,000-£60,000Bonus & Benefits availableHybrid workingOur client is a Private Equity transport and leisure company who are looking for a Group Finance Manager to report in to the Finance Director. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and develop the commercial department.As the Group Finance Manager, you will report to the Finance Director and work closely with the CFO. You will take ownership of month end process, balance sheet reconciliations, lead on audit process, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, management and mentor a team of 3 staff members, develop productive business relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with the FP&A Manger.The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). You will be comfortable to work at pace and in an exciting environment and have experience working in a SME environment. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others at all levels and build relationships with stakeholders effectively.This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package. Their head offices are based in Central London (zone 1) but hybrid working is fully operational.
