CMC Consulting is collaborating with a top-tier B2C business that delivers premium services to its clients. Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This role will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency of the finance function and driving the growth of the business.
Manage a team of two responsible for processing finance transactions
Manage keys areas of the audit process
Take ownership for the production of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Complete monthly variance analysis with appropriate commentary
Critically evaluate the processes within the finance function looking for improvements
Provide assistance to the forecasting and budgeting process
