Job DescriptionFinance ManagerA Global apparel and fashion business is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join their business in Bloomsbury, London. The Group owns and manages several small and mid-sized brands across the world.The role is to oversee the Finance and Accounts functions in a group of small brands and DTC businesses (2-3). The role reports to the CFO.The business supports hybrid working (up to two days a week from home).Finance Manager: The Role:• Day-to-day bookkeeping on Xero, hands-on managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury functions• Support the integration of Xero to SAP• Ensure timely and accurate financial (MIS) reporting on a monthly and annualbasis• Monitor and control monthly business performance against budget and forecastand liaise with key stakeholders to deliver targets• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes and support the CFO asneeded• Assist the vertical CEO's and CFO with managing supplier contracts (e.g. rent,utilities), equipment leasing/purchasing and negotiation with suppliers• Work closely with the Group Finance, Treasury and Audit teams• Ensure UK VAT / tax complianceRequirementsFinance Manager: The Person:• You will be part or fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar) with demonstrable experience of managing accounts, banking and commercial aspects, ideally within the apparel and fashion industry• Working knowledge of SAP (ECC 6 or HANA) would be advantageous along with intermediate excel skills• Fluent in English both oral and written communication• Able to operate in a busy workplace• Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet strict deadlines whilst having excellent attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills• Be self-motivatedIf this sounds like you, please apply in confidence
