Finance Manager
is required for an office-based role working for a business with a variety of companies in different sectors. This role would suit someone who likes to manage a team day to day but also conduct their 121's and appraisals and develop and training them to their full potential. You will also be part of a digital transformation and software improvement project.
Key duties:
Manage the day-to-day finance team reporting into an FC
Staff training and development
Supporting the Financial Controller
Financial reporting and analysis to the board
VAT
Intercompany reconciliations
Management Accounts for a number of businesses within the group
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
Qualifications and skills:
QBE or part or fully qualified
Practice background an advantage
Team management and development (5-10 staff)
Digital transformation and software improvement skills highly desirable
Confident and organised
