Finance Manager

Are you a looking to take ownership of the finance function?Do you have experience within in an SME?Do you have knowledge of the retail and fashion industry?Macgregor Black is proudly partnering with a luxury women's fashion designer that is looking for a Finance Manager based in London.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of Quarterly management accounts by branch and group/annual accounts.Production of Weekly Sales Reports.Production of Budgets, Sales Targets and Cash flow Management.Payment of Supplier
Invoices/payroll/expenses. Foreign Currency Purchase and Payments.Preparing Month End Journals and Balance Sheet reconciliations.Payroll/HR matters.Quarterly Preparation and submission of Vat Returns.Bank
Reconciliations/Cash
Reports/Retail Cash in Transit Reconciliations.Liaison with Board, Auditors, Bankers, Rating Agencies/Landlords etc. Contract Negotiation.Reviewing annually all contracts and costs and renegotiation.Control and Maintaining Stock Levels.Stock taking/Valuation and Provisions/Stock Costing/Pricing.System maintenance of Sage Line 200/Epos and Website.Payroll HR Vat Returns.Maintaining and controlling the integrity of the company’s books of accounts and systems.Establishing and monitoring internal procedures and policies in a group of shops.What we are looking for:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong Verbal and written skills.Experience with Sage/Excel/Word.Qualified/ Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or Minimum AAT Level 4.2-3 Years experience working in a Retail/ E commerce finance department with a keen interest in Fashion.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Salary up to £45k.Please contact James Westwood for more information today.Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
