To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the UK Finance Accounting Team.

Manage internal financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices. Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the Head of Accounting. Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors. Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout. Responsible for the intercompany reconciliation and transactional process (including working capital management). Leading the team responsible for VAT and HMRC processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Ownership of all statutory reporting and companies house filing for all UK subsidiaries. Provide technical accounting advice (including preparation of written accounting papers where required). The type of person that we are looking for:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 4+ years of prior experience as professional Auditor within a big Audit firm is a mandatory requirement Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge Advanced Excel and financial modelling Experience preparing statutory accounts Line management experience Experience of AP and AR Experience coordinating the annual audit process Proactive individual, with an ability to problem solve when change is implemented Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
