Be part of the journey.Role Overview and ResponsibilitiesAn opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Director.The Finance Manager will have Leadership of the Financial Accounting Function: including GL Processing & Month End Close, AR Processing and AP Processing.Main duties & responsibilities:Lead the Financial Accounting TeamLead the insourcing of key financial activities for a shared service centreManage Month End Close Process, including associated control & reporting activitiesOversee all Accounts Receivable activity, including credit control and cash collectionOversee all Accounts Payable activity, including invoice entry & payment processingEnsure a robust and effective system of internal controlPerform Monthly Internal & Group ReportingManage Treasury positions and perform cash forecastingPrepare Statutory Accounts and lead external audit processPrepare VAT and Corporate Tax ReturnsWork across business functions on a range issuesQualifications, Skills and AttributesThe core requirements for this role are:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Finance Management Experience in a Manufacturing or Services Environment in a medium or large businessLeadership of Month-End Close Process and AR and AP FunctionsManagement and development of a teamStrong internal control skillsGood understanding of statutory reporting, VAT and Corporation TaxSelf-sufficient but able to work well within a team and matrix organisationAble to demonstrate ability to work cross functionallyWhat We Offer You:Enhanced pension contributionsHealthcare cashback planPrivate medical careEmployee assistance programmeSite incentive planFinancial wellbeing benefitDiscounted online and highstreet shopping and lifestyle vouchersCycle to Work SchemeDiscounted RAC membershipDiscounted Gym membership187.5 hours annual leave plus bank holidaysA supportive and friendly working environment with a focus on wellbeing and sustainabilityTT Electronics are committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and actively encourage applications from under-represented groups.Our Recruitment Process:Shortlisted candidates will be initially interviewed via Microsoft Teams.
