We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today's busy consumers.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Finance team, as a Finance manager.The key elements of the role are:Full ownership & responsibility of weekly and monthly management accounts with appropriate variance analysis and explanationsReporting and challenging relevant business KPI's to drive site performanceAssist with preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecastManagement and development of the Finance, sales admin & IT teams, current team of 5Cost-centre reviews with management team to drive efficiencies and site operational opportunitiesPreparing monthly VAT returns, cash flows and CAPEX forecastsEnsure all necessary financial information is submitted accurately and according to tight deadlinesMaintaining NAV (finance system) and FOPS/CMEX (factory ERP) information and related reporting dashboardsManaging the year-end audit and internal auditsEnsure compliance of information to statutory authorities including HMRCShift is: Monday to FridayFull job Description is available upon request
