This is a newly created role within a fast paced, growing organisation with a strong team culture.What will the Finance Manager role involve?Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances and compliance with statutory requirementsProduce all necessary statements and reports to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, stock and debtorsAct as the main point of contact with external auditors and provide them with all required informationInter-company and general ledger account reconciliationsMonthly payroll processingCompiling and submitting VAT quarterly returnsCashflow management/reportingSuitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by ExperiencePrevious experience of managing financial control systems and processes in a standalone capacityExperience working in a similar role with managerial and leadership experienceExperience of analysing company financial data and reporting to Senior ManagementAdditional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager:26 days holidayPension contributions matched to 7.5%Private medical insuranceCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
