Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our credible Finance team based at our site in Poole.This role will suit a focused Finance Manager and you will be required to manage and oversee the site financial performance, whilst continuously developing, managing, and implementing the relevant projects/measures to meet the needs of the business.Working Hours:The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.Your Duties Will Include:You will be a key part of the site leadership team, providing support during the next phase of growthSupport the drive of Commercial & Operational initiativesDrive sustainable margin improvement and cost reduction projectsReview all capital proposals to ensure these are financially soundEnsure accurate forecasting of capital project spend and benefits, ensuring this aligns to the approved capital proposal and escalating any delays / pull forwardsDaily and weekly KPI reportingOverall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, reporting on variances to weeklies, budget, and prior yearEnsure strong overhead control across all functions by educating and promoting a cost awareness cultureReview and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliationsRegular forecasting of site performanceAnnual budgeting of site performanceMonitor internal controls to ensure they are robust and effective in managing and mitigating key business risksLead the onsite finance team, creating a continuous improvement and high-performance cultureYour Skills and Experience:Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc)Advanced excel skillsNatural leaderGreat communicator and comfortable with liaising with stakeholders at all levelsProven track record of driving business performance through providing accurate information and challenging resultsERP knowledgeFMCG experienceBenefits:Online benefits platformEnjoy 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)Training and career developmentContribute to the community with 2 volunteering days a yearSecure your future with our company pension planThe Compleat Food Group are proud to have built an inclusive and respectful culture where our colleagues feel safe, supported and valued.
