Finance ManagerLondon - Hybrid WorkingSalary £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus + BenefitsCompany Overview:I am representing a fantastic private equity firm based in the heart of the UK's financial hub. As they continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Senior Management Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and fund administrators.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our portfolio companies and investment funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, performance metrics, and investment valuations, to support strategic decision-making by senior management and investors.Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely proficiency's with regards to the services they are providingManage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FCA reporting)Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and cash flowsImplement and enhance financial controls, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or fund administration within the Financial Services/Investment industryStrong Understanding of the Audit processExperience managing relationships with fund administrators and external service providers, with a focus on operational excellence and client service.Strong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.*Please note this role does not offer sponsorship, you must be fully eligible to work in the UK
