Job Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following;Lead the month end close process; including delivery of manual accounting processes, balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany confirmationsPreparation & presentation of individual company and group management accountsLead the preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet commentary; ensuring key drivers are understood.Manage the preparation of annual statutory accounts to agreed external reporting deadlines; including account preparation, review and liaison with external auditors on audit deliverables and queriesCash flow management, and the production of accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecastsStatutory reportingCashflow managementBudget preparation, variance analysis and reforecast as requiredCreate, manage, and maintain CAPEX budgetsLine management of accounts office staffMonitor and review internal accounting procedures and policiesWorking with the CFO to drive process improvements and efficienciesLead and motivate the finance team to ensure a high level of performance.Contribute to the development and review of the company's strategic plan. The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Manager should have:An accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally in the technology or service industry.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in financial software.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
