Job DescriptionFinance Manager Glasgow£60,000HybridIconic Resourcing are delighted to partner with our clients based in Glasgow to welcome a new Finance Manager to their team on a fill time and permanent basis. This role will manage a small team and take ownership of the day to day running of the finance function. Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting: Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses. Prepare and present financial statements to the Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Financial Strategy: Develop long-term financial strategies. Evaluate capital structure and financing options. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the small transactional finance team and provide guidance. Train, and develop finance staff who are potentially looking to start their Accountancy qualification. Collaborate with other departments to achieve effective communication.Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Oversee financial systems and processes.
