Finance Manager

Sheridan Maineare workingclosely with a growing business based in Poole who are keen to secure aFinance Managerfor the business.
As Finance Manager you will oversee the Financeteams daily operations, manage team members, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Finance Manager is accountable for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting and budget analysis, cash flow and risk management, requiring strong analytical and commercial skills.
Reporting to the CFO this Finance Manager willwork closely with the Senior Management Team to increase the Companys efficiency and profitability by assisting with the medium and long-term financial plan.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
Prepare monthly Management Accounts and assist with the preparation of statutory Accounts
Produce financial statements including P&L, cashflow, variance analysis and commentaries
Ensure Tax compliance and complete all tax returns as required
Management and approval of the monthly payroll
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations and managing the annualaudit with external auditors
Manage the cash flow and conduct P&L cost analysis
