A business where the employees are as passionate as the owners about working on amazing projects and delivering ridiculously good results.But none of this creative brilliance can happen without a firm financial footing and as such, a role has opened up for a Finance Manager to join their dedicated team and play a key role in the growth of the business.The Finance Manager will be joining a dedicated team and assume responsibility for 2 sub-ordinates whilst reporting to the Head of Finance, assuming responsibility for a range of areas to include (but not limited to):Preparation and management of invoicingDealing with HMRC compliance and correspondenceCIS / IR35VAT ReturnsCVRsCredit ControlReportingManagement AccountsSystems improvement and efficiencyDue to the specific nature of the work, post holders will need to demonstrate financial experience within a construction setting (be it a main contractor, sub-contractor, developer or otherwise). The post holder will also need to be extremely familiar with COINS and will ideally be ACCA qualified.
