Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing VC backed brand to recruit an ambitious and talented Finance Manager who is keen to dive deep into the business, with the idea of driving change and operational performance!RoleWorking in partnership with the Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end finance operations, forecasting and variance analysis as well as managing up to 4 finance staff.Responsibilities for the Fine Manager will include:Leading the Finance Team and developing the people, processes and systems of the finance functionPreparation of monthly internal Management Accounts and Statutory annual accountsPreparation and monitoring of internal costings, embedding cost controlsPreparing, managing and delivering budgets and forecastsOverseeing payroll function, including processing of monthly salariesProfileQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Able to support stakeholders.High attention to detail.Able to work within tight deadlines.Results orientated, with a desire to succeed.The CompanyBased in Milton Keynes, the business is at the forefront of the private care industry, they offer amazing career prospects (both technically and commercially) and are an exciting brand you can really get behind.Salary & BenefitsThe role of Finance Manager has a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
