Job DescriptionManage day-to-day financial operations within the company, including data analysis, forecasting needs, budgeting, and financial reporting.Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position.Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making processes.Prepare and submit annual accounts and returns.Oversee corporate budgeting process.Engage with auditors and manage financial audits.Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.Ensure legal compliance in all financial functions. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have:Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.Strong understanding of financial law and compliance standards.Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.Proven experience in the FMCG industry.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.A solid understanding of financial software and MS Office.Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
