Job Description The Finance Manager based in Windsor will: Handle invoicing, debit/credit notes, pricing disciplineShop sales accounting, shop collections, tracking & accounting of credit card receipts & internet payment receiptsHandling purchase accounting, paymentsIssue of debit notes for pricing errors, if anyAccounting & processing all expenses bills for payments - Office OH, A&P, employee claims, warehousing, freight etcSalary accounting & employee re-imbursementsProvisioning for expenses in line with group normsAccounting & capitalization of fixed assets, if any & periodic depreciation entriesCash Management, bank reconciliationQuarterly VAT returns in coordination with relevant stakeholdersEnsure compliance of FCPA /UK anti-bribery, Health and Safety actMonthly and Quarterly close of Books of AccountsPrepare Daily, weekly, Monthly and Quarterly MIS related to BusinessResponsible of monthly/quarterly/annual closing the books and reportingResponsible for statutory audits and filing of returns including tax returnsEnsure hygiene of books on a continuous basis The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plusProven experience in the FMCG industryProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of accounting software and administration systemsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood business acumen for problem solvingCompetency in ethical behaviour and decision-making What's on OfferA competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annumThe opportunity to work within a renowned FMCG companyA supportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesIf you are a proactive, motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.
