We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's manufacturing company in Hillington. As a key member of their finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial analysis and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and analyse key financial metrics, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to drive profitability.
• Mentor and support, associated accounts team members
• Promote a high performance culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practises.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• A professional accounting qualification or working towards (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
