Working over 21 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. The role offers a hybrid working model, with two days in the Newcastle office and one day from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and strategic guidance on all financial matters to the senior teamManage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingOversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and complianceCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial policies and proceduresConduct financial analysis to support decision-making and drive efficiencyRequirements:Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership roleStrong all-round accounts experienceAbility to advise and influence senior stakeholdersExperience in a smaller organisation, such as a charity or educational trust, is desirable but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Flexible working hoursHybrid working model (2 days in office, 1 day remote)28 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata to 21 hours)Up to 40k (full time this will be pro rata to 21 hours)Discounted city parkingPension contribution of 6%Funded days out and well-being days.If you're ready to use your financial expertise to drive positive change, we want to hear from you!
