What if that role empowered you to make decisions and have a direct influence on how our projects will reach their full potential?The projects team supports the wider Retail Finance Teams and operates a dynamic resourcing structure that will give you exposure to all Business Units, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your breadth of knowledge across the businesses. Day to day you’ll be involved in;Finance change, Process improvement & Change Management.Supporting the delivery of multiple, strategic projects across Retail Finance, which include the integration of new products into the Retail Product.Reporting structure, Finance transformation, and working with key functions within Finance.Providing insightful, high quality Finance project support, operating as a project specialist supporting Retail Finance including products such as Savings, Current accounts, Mortgages alongside larger strategic cross-product deliveries.Operating flexibly across Retail Finance to deliver prioritised activity in a timely manner.Responding to individual and team objectives and investing in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities and coaching others. About usIf you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong.
