We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance and Procurement team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Leading an effective Management and Financial Reporting Service for us and its subsidiaries, youll lead a team of Business Partners to provide expertise and business support across Rents and Service Charges and Operational and Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
Provides insightful analysis and support.
Can lead the Management and Financial Reporting process: reporting, analysing and explaining existing and forecast performance.
Drives cross functional work with business partners, colleagues, senior managers and directors.
Advises on internal and external key risks and variables that could impact services areas and / or the organisation as a whole.
Embeds a culture of continuous improvement; identifying and implementing system and process improvements and efficiencies, culminating in enhanced financial data integrity.
Supports implementation of ongoing business efficiencies and will define fit-for-purpose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
