Search are delighted to be partnering with a high growth professional services firm with a regional office based in Leeds city centre. Due to growth, they have a need for a Finance Manager to join the organisation in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with various external stakeholders alongside a strong financial management skill-set.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple revenue streams
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Work closely with external stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for decision making
Identify and manage financial risks
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of projects
Prepare month end accounts
Management of 1 Assistant AccountantQualifications:

Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSalary:

£50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 remote)
