Search are delighted to be partnering with a high growth professional services firm with a regional office based in Leeds city centre. Due to growth, they have a need for a Finance Manager to join the organisation in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with various external stakeholders alongside a strong financial management skill-set.

The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. If you are a highly motivated and experienced finance professional this would be a career accelerating role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple revenue streams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for decision making
  • Identify and manage financial risks
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of projects
  • Prepare month end accounts
  • Management of 1 Assistant Accountant

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

  • �50,000 - �55,000
  • Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 remote)
