Sheridan Maine is delighted to represent an esteemed organisation based near Weymouth, that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join its team.
Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:
Manage the development of all regular commercial finance and management reporting activities.
Prepare month end accounts and manage the month end process.
Manage and coordinate the yearly Budget and quarterly Forecast process.
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the monthly management accounts pack ensuring relevant outputs and analysis.
Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiency.
Collaborate across departments to ensure all reporting to senior leadership is aligned, accurate and insightful.
Collaborate with Operations team to manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
Partner with Supply Chain Operations to manage trading costs effectively.
Manage, coach and develop team members.
To be considered for the role of Finance Manager, you will require:
Qualified Professional (CIMA /ACCA).
Good understanding of commercial finance and operational metrics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
