Finance Manager/Financial Controller

Salary: Circa £50K this is negotiable depending on experienceLocation: Bristol based - Hybrid workingPart Time candidates consideredNot for profit organisation who are a multi award winning charity based in Bristol are looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This role will oversee the organisations financial operations and will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance activities.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting - prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statementsBudgeting & Forecasting - Develop annual budgets and long term financial forcastingFinancial Analysis and performance evaluationsCash Flow Management - manage cash flow projections, liquidity and working capitalAudit preparationProvide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planningKey Skills & Experience:Accounting qualification preferred, ACA, ACCA, CIMAProven experience as a Finance Manager or Financial ControllerExperience in the not-for-profit sector would be beneficialStrong analytical skillsProficiency in financial management softwareExcellent Communication skills
