Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner and looking for a new exciting and challenging role where you can go in and make it your own.
This is a really exciting opportunity for you to join a growing organisation that are currently going through a transformation. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 whilst driving the business forward making key decisions.
Duties:
You will be responsible for providing key financial data, working closely with the Senior Finance Manager
Improving, reporting and measuring KPI
Manage the day-to-day running of the Finance function and supervising a team of 2
Assisting with the month end, budgeting, re-forecasting processes
Managing the external auditing process
Managing all Tender processes and analysing the data
Consolidation of management accounts
Overseeing the transformation and project management
Key Skills:
Previous experience of leading and mentoring a high performing finance teams
Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively
Process and results driven
Advanced Excel skills
Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accu...
