Finance Manager - excellent career progression

A large manufacturing company in Rotherham have a vacancy for a Finance Manager to lead projects and change management
Managing a team of 4 you will beresponsible for creating management reports, reviewing business performance, identifying key drivers of performance, and driving business change.
Oversee the Finance Business Partners who work closely with subsidiary companies to report monthly financial performance; provide financial expertise, advice and support to local management, and help subsidiary businesses to achieve their operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
Ensure the two teams work closely together to use financial reporting to drive change management and feedback changes into monthly business processes.
Define the scope and objectives of change initiatives and develop comprehensive plans for smooth implementation.
Lead business change initiatives across the group, ensuring they are effectively planned, implemented, and managed to achieve positive business outcomes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage resistance from local business leaders and ensure minimal disruption during change implementation.
Qualifications:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, particularly with non finance stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
