Finance Manager - Accounting

The Finance Manager role will ideally suit a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant, preferably with a background in the manufacturing sector and with experience of ERP systems.
THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will deliver timely and accurate financial information to the business and requires excellent analytical and investigative skills.
Preparation of weekly and monthly accounts
Involvement in year-end audit activities
External reporting compliance
Prepare rolling P & L and balance sheet reconciliation reviews
Weekly KPI's
Provide strong cost control and fixed overhead spend reviews
Review the asset register

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA and preferably with a background in manufacturing, you are proficient with Excel and have experience with ERP systems. You are enthusiastic, enjoy challenges, and seek a purposeful role where you can excel. With excellent time management and technical competence, you can deliver within deadlines. A team player, you excel in communication with various business areas and the finance department. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and easily build solid working relationships with colleagues to improve efficiency in delivering financial information.
