Robert Half are exclusively recruiting for a fast growth Private equity backed software business based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Finance Integration Specialist, to support on a flurry of acquisition pipelined for this business.

This role is based in Newbury and will require 3 days in office (Please note there are hotels local to the office)
Main Duties
Support the Group's M&A growth strategy
Pre-acquisition - Financial Aspects of Financial Systems Integration
Post-acquisition - Acquisition accounting
Post-acquisition - Financial Integration of reporting for group
Post-acquisition - ERP Integration
Required knowledge, experience and technical skills:
Personable, with a strong commitment to team outcomes
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards and regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced MS Excel skills and data analytics techniques
Possessing strong reporting, commercial and analytical skills
Quick to get up to speed, able to evidence strong problem-solving skills
A self-starter, able to understand a goal or desired outcome and work out how to get there with limited input
Qualified accountant and likely to have worked in similar project roles previously
Able to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment
Whats on offer?
Daily rate £550-650 outside IR35
6 month Contract
Probable Extension to 12 months
