A forward thinking, high tech agriculture business is looking for a Finance Improvement Manager to define and deliver a finance improvement plan, manage risks at project level, and develop business cases, considering opportunities, risks, identifying processes and resources required.

The role requires frequent engagement with stakeholders across the business, gathering requirements and identifying opportunities for future projects.

Key Skills:

• Experience working in Finance/Accounting working on a project basis.


• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects


• Fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA


• Qualified Prince2 practitioner or Equivalent (Desired)


• Encourage change and development in your role and beyond.
