Finance Director

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Director to join flourishing business on the outskirts of Ipswich.�
Alongside managing the finance team, the main remit of this role is to provide a financial control environment as well as working with an operational viewpoint to be a business partner for the other Directors, providing data, analysis and recommendations for meeting strategic goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop processes to provide key management information on a timely basis
• Responsible for financial accounting function, including planning, reporting, statutory accounts, VAT/Tax, currency hedging and regulatory compliance
• File all local and national regulatory, tax returns, statistics and other information to be in compliance with all necessary laws and regulations
• Develop a risk management process that identifies key risks to the business
• Responsible for cash management through effective control of accounts receivable, debtor management, collections and dispute resolution
• Provide coaching, support and empowerment to ensure all employees are involved in the business, have ownership and are contributing to business

• Qualified Accountant with relevant post qualification experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Proven people management experience
