Finance Director

Your new company I am currently recruiting for an innovative, growing art manufacturing and retail business in London who are looking for a best-in-class Finance Director to join and lead the team. This is a fast-paced organisation with the chance to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in a broad and varied role. This is an exciting, creative business working with one of the world's most well known artists.Your new role This is a broad and varied Finance Director role with key duties and responsibilities including:Leadership and development of the finance team.Production of monthly management accounting including analysis and commentary.Management of treasury functions, including cashflow managementTax complianceSupporting commercial negotiations and driving profitability.Driving operational efficiencies.What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience as a Finance Director. You will need to be comfortable working in a creative environment with previous experience in creative, retail or manufacturing sectors preferred. You will need a rounded skill set across accounting, tax and cash management with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
