Finance business partner to the Managing Director to ensure a complete understanding of revenue and cost informationDay to day control of the accounting & payroll function and management of a small, multi-site, finance teamFormulating strategies and plans to ensure the company achieve agreed objectivesContribute to weekly production planning meetings as a key member of the Senior Management TeamPreparation of the 12 month rolling budget and forecast for P & L and Balance SheetResponsibility for the month-end close and monthly reporting packUltimate responsibility for working capital and company cash-flowFormulating the FX reporting and hedging strategyBuilding strong relations with external parties, including customers and suppliersStatutory reporting, corporation tax and audit liaison About the Finance Director
The Finance Director will be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified and have proven experience within a challenging SME environmentYou will be commercially minded with strong business partnering experience and excellent financial reporting skillsA background in manufacturing or distribution is advantageous.
