Finance Director | Wolverhampton (Hybrid) | �80K + car allowance + benefits

The Company

Seymour John are recruiting for a Finance Director for a growing, ambitious business based in Wolverhampton. The role will work closely with the CEO to deliver strategy and growth plans.

The Role

• Support, and challenge the CEO, to prepare and execute the growth strategy and value creation, including evaluation of new markets and business opportunities.


• Provide strategic financial leadership, driving sound commercial decisions that enhance value.


• Provide financial leadership and support to Senior Managers to review and improve operating performance and growth.


• Support and develop a strong Finance team, integrating the finance functions of acquired businesses.


• Support all tenders and pricing activities, for complex deal structures


• Any future responsibilities concerning funding


• All finance activities related to M&A and due diligence exercises

Personal Profile

• Fully Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, ACMA with a minimum of 5 years PQE


• Experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in an SME business


• Cares about people, and culture as a core element of company strategy with a values-based approach


• Working closely with the leadership team to deliver strategy


• Strong customer focus
